Millhopper Forest is a gated community located in NW Gainesville situated approximately 1 mile from the corner of NW 43rd Street and NW 53rd Avenue. This neighborhood is divided into two sections. The Cottage homes are part of an all inclusive maintenance arrangement with the property management company.
